双面UV固化机

1、主要应用 Main application

   Touch Planel G+G/G+F/TP+模组Open cell之本固及侧固的应用，及其领域产品的UV胶水、UV油墨之干燥固化工艺该设备均适用；

    This equipment is suitable for the application of the original solid and side solid of the Open cell of Touch Planel G+G/G+F/TP+ module, and the drying and curing process of UV glue and UV ink for its products in the field;

    ☆ 使用美国 进口 UV 灯管，120W/cm，发光长 625mm，

    ☆ 采用电子式无极调光；

    ☆ roller 光轴传动方式；

    ☆ 上下双面同时照射，下灯管照射区采用石英传动；

    ☆ 冷却方式：水冷/强制风冷选择；

    ☆ 光照强度可在 80W-120W 调节灯管工作功率；

    ☆ 灯管调节方式：自动调节或者手动调节两种模式；

    ☆ 整机采用PLC联机控制；

    ☆ 冷却方式采用新型冷却特殊设计方式
